  • We retain ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, libraries, and tools used in development
  • We may use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained from projects in future work

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SONGYUAN JIKONG NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Songyuan Jikong Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you provide to us

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.

If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Songyuan City, Jilin Province.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
